Scrape everything off that is loose. See if there is any damage to the surface underneath, ie. rotted wood -cut it out & replace it. Spray the area with bleach if mold is present & dry. Once you have repaired the surface, coat it with bonding agent(cement area at Lowes or Home Depot) blue is better than white. Now get a bag of stucco and replicate the pattern of the surrounding area.(not easy) Stucco can be troweled on, splattered on, sprayed on, painted-on and in a huge variety of thicknesses. You may even need to trowel a base coaton to even out the surfaces to the surrounding area before you apply the finishing coat. When choosing materials take water proofing into account. Water damage is the usual culprit to stucco loss. Providing a better surface than what was originally there is recommended. Good luck.

How do I fix the veneer that is peeling off my dressers. They were made in early 60sThey were in mint condition. Problem I think caused by storing in a non AC storage for a year and ahalf. Help!!!

The problem is not caused by storage outside an airconditioned environment so don't beat yourself up about that. More than likely the sections in the photo that have peeled off looks to me like damage to the veneer caused by bad handling when being moved into and out of storage (or damaged while in storage)because that is exactly where I would expect to see a problem due to rough handling.

Sections that are peeling can be removed in total and replaced with new veneer and finished to match the original.

If the furniture pieces are reasonably valuable items you are going to keep for years then any decent cabinet maker can replace the veneer sections that are peeling and it is worth having a professional do it if you are keeping the item.

You can save money by doing the surface refinishing yourself. Just keep some spare pieces of new veneer to experiment with to get the colour and finish as close as possible.

Obviously the veneer work is only as good as how it was carried out by the original cabinet maker. I have a desk from 1972 done in a very nice timber veneer that has never been kept in the air conditioned section of the house and none of the veneer has peeled or broken away. It is still in mint condition and survived 3 house moves, one 500 mile move, but properly protected from damage..

I have cracks in the stucco on my house, how do I patch it?

This is the car and truck section, but I can tell you there are products on the market for repairing stucco. Much the same as plaster repair.
You can check online or at one of the big box home improvement stores.

Exterior door trim

The molding in the middle of the door clips on. Remove interior door panel to access the clips, they usually break off. Or do you mean the black tapes (stickers) around the window opening, they are just stickers. Take a heat gun to loosen glue and peel off.
