HOW DO I GET A SECURED SITE FOR SIGN IN TO PAY PAYPAL?

spam. sign on to your paypal acct by going to their site from your browser, i.e., type in paypal.com do not click on a link in any email ever to go to any site like paypal or a bank or a credit card. if there are issues, once you sign in, the site will let you know. plenty of 'phishing' emails out there so be careful.

I believe the seller has to have a Paypal account for you to pay via this method. If they do it will state on the payment methods. Or you can ask the seller if they accept payment by Paypal. They should then provide details on how to do so. That will take you direct to the Paypal site and you sign in there and the payment is then forward to the seller.
Do not give the seller any details of your Paypal account. Just simply sate you wish to pay by that method. If the seller doesn't then you will have to either pay by cheque or Credit Card.

Go to the Pay Pal site. Scroll to the bottom of the page. You will see a link to sign up for free. Follow the instructions to set up a new account. Send Money Pay Online or Set Up Merchant Account PayPal

You don't have to login to paypal, to pay me. I can give you my bank number. But I'm joking.
Please try to solve this with Paypal. For over a year I stopped using Paypal for the same reason. They would not let me pay on the net and I could not reach them. Still goto Paypal direct and don't try anything else. Send them a mail, or look on the site for any way to contact them. On this site perhaps someone will read your message and can give a better hint, but it could take days before that happens.

Pretty simple process, just go to their home site:

hackers regularly patrol forum sites and now they have all of your e-mail addresses and where you do business
Pay pal is a secure site so any problems, you contact them direct by phone on their web page listed phone number
Make arrangement with them to change your account details and never put details on a forum site again

you must have a paypal account and have bal.in it so you can pay them through..if you don't have account, *go to paypal site *click sign up or creat account *then fill the application and provide proof answers then instrucions comes follow after you complete the sign up..
