Gently bend it like you're trying to split it with screen facing upwards or squeeze around the camera. Amusing solution but it works. recalibrate your touch settings afterwards (menu>settings>touch settings) for perfect operation

Firstly, install PC Suite & U can find music transfer option in dat one. Note: Ur Media Player in system needs higher than 11.0 version to work this function.....
r else just connect it as mass storage & transfer......

mate, its the cheapest touch screen on the market, by "trying" to install skype, which wont work by the way, you'l overload the phones circuits and BOOM, the phone's gona up in smoke!

Whenever it says conflict with anything its because you have other applications running when trying to connects e.g. Games, or in your case a search. to close everything press the middle menu button on your phone, then go to running apps and click end all,then it should connect with no problems. Hope this helps

my lg cookie toucch screen not responding , i can turn it on perfectly and all the buttons work but the touch screen just doesnt.

o my try takeing it to a phone shop because i think they gave you a fake copy of the phone.

I bought my cookie the other day and saw the same problem, each time you select pc suite on the phone the comp crashes, instead choose "music sync" or "mass storage" the later means you dont have to have the pc suite software running on the comp you can drop and drag in windows just like its a usb flash drive, when ur ph is connected you'll see a new drive appear in "my computer" (2 drives if you have a micro sd card inserted). Now you can drag and drop your files into these folders, I had probs with the software installation ended up downloading drivers of net one for music sync (which uses pc suite software) another for mass storage which'll end up being the only one I connect with, It looks to me like a software fault which makes the comp crash when you select pc suite. hope this gets you up and running, good luck :)

my daughter had the same problem she has one corrupt song she put on her phone once she took it off it works properly now .
