If you are sure that all connections are clean and bright, including the battery to the ground and battery cable to the solenoid, jumper from the battery (+) to the solenoid (+). If the solenoid clicks, but motor doesn't turn over, your solenoid is bad. Try jumpering momentarily from the battery (+) to the starter (+) and that should cause the starter to rotate. If that makes your starter rotate, your solenoid is still bad. Be sure that your starter has a good ground connection

Hooked jumper cables backwards, now windows wont roll down, air cond fan wont turn on, no power steering, All the fuses say they are still fine. Where do I even start?

This is unfortunately not good, You will have to take it to a auto electrician. Hyundai is very very touchy when it comes to electrical problems. one wrong move and you can end up in a heap of trouble. this could end up being computer issues. they will have to OBD scan to find problems. This can also set you back a penny. sorry, no good news for you.

Saab 9-3 won't start. Has Spark but won't get gas.

why not bypass the fuel pump relay with a jumper wire / fuse and see if it will start that way

IS THERE A FUSE FOR THE ECU ON A 92 EAGLE TALON

I don't think so. I got a 95 and I've done all kinds of electrical checking for various things and to my knowledge there isn't. There's fuses for the ignition and engine along with other electrical items but no specific computer fuse that would turn off a computer. I assume the car won't start?

If your car is simply not starting it could be something as simple as the neutral safety switch if you only hear a click turning the key. Disconnect under left side dash. White and has a green and black wire coming from button behind clutch pedal.

If car cranks but just wont start then could be numerous things. Check the 30 and 40 amp fuses under hood. Make sure battery terminals are connected tight and clean with brush tool if needed. If battery is fine and charged, I assume you have checked, then I'd focus on the ignition system.

ignition switch (in steering column)
neutral safety switch (disconnect above pedal)
starter relay (under radio)
starter solenoid
starter

If cranks then neutral, ignition and relay switches are fine
If clicks then ignition and relay fine but neutral switch or solenoid may be bad

Fuses no. 7 & 37 on my 318is K-reg Bmw keep MELTING.

you have to figure out where there is a short in your wiring--follow wires, look for broken, missing insulation--if it started in lights, look there first maybe. Also check the connections of plugs. Good luck it may take some searching.
