SOURCE: forward emails from yahoo.com to ymail.com

Yahoo free version doesn't have the POP forwarding like it used to. You would have to upgrade to the mail plus in order to set up the forwarding.
Let me know if this helps.

SOURCE: unable to reply, forward or compose new emails on my yahoo account, will not load emails properly. unable to access any tool functions along top yahoo page (ie check mail, new, what's new, mail classic

Hello laurenloscia

alot of the times, just going into internet options and setting everything to default, and clearing the cookies and files works about 50% of the time.

This is possibly a yahoo issue. If you use yahoo thru ATT, you can call ATT for support and they will escalate any valid issues to yahoo for you.

Their phone number is 1-877-722-3755

ask for tech support at the prompt

they can remote on your computer to see if it is a java issue or whatever

if they can replicate it on their computer also, they will create a yahoo trouble ticket and give you thier member service number. Yahoo resolves 85% of these within 48 hrs.

If they cant replicate it, then they will consider it a pc issue and refer you to connect tech or to best buy's geek squad.

Personally, I would also try sending emails in safemode, If you can do it in safemode, and not in reg mode, it is definately PC related.

To get to safemode, turn your computer off and when you turn it back on, tap the F8 button until you get an advanced screen. Pick safemode with networking with the arrow keys. Log in, click yes when it tells you you're running in safemode, and then when your on your desktop, which will look alot differnt, black background with big icons, click on internet explorer and go to mail.yahoo.com and see if it works now, if it does, like i said, its pc related. If it still cant, call ATT's support if you have thier DSL or U-Verse

How does bkhost email forwarding work?

How to auto forward mail to other people's emails? This is a frequently asked question when you use a lot of emails or you want to automatically forward emails to partners. Email forwarding refers to the action of resending an received email to one or more other email addresses. In the process of using email, Evergreen also had difficulty logging in too many mail accounts to check and reply to partners, friends, teachers. So today I will show you how to automatically forward mail to an email box to help you respond quickly.

I. What is Forward Mail?
Forward Mail or Email Forwarding is a form of transferring email that other people send to their mailboxes to a mailbox of a third person.

Understand simple: (1) A - (email x) -> B then (2) B - (email x) -> C. Step (2) is the mail forwarding step.

There are two types of Email Forwarding: Manual Forward Mail (re-sending email manually to others after receiving mail) and Automatic Forward Mail (automatically resending email to other people right after receiving mail).

The article will guide how to auto Forward Mail. As for manual email forwarding, you can make it as simple as most email services:

Sign in to the mail service you are using
Open the email you are about to forward
Scrolling to the bottom will have 2 buttons: Answer and Forward (or similar). Choose Forward.
Alternatively, click the settings button in the upper right corner of that email. Click on Forward option.
After that, fill in the transition content like writing a new email.

II. Automatically forward Gmail to another mail account
Gmail is a free email support (email) ad-supported service developed by Google

You can forward Gmail to any email account such as Gmail, Outlook (formerly Hotmail, Live email), Yahoo mail, Yandex mail, Zoho mail, ... In the example, follow the steps below to forward Gmail to Outlook .

Step 1: Sign in to Gmail to forward mail Sign up for new or access your Gmail: https://mail.google.com

Step 2: Open the Gmail settings Find and left-click on the gear shape in the upper right corner and select Settings
Step 3: Forward and POP / IMAP Select the Forwarding and POP / IMAP tab at the top of the Settings page
Step 4: Add forwarding mail forwarding address Confirm your forwarding mail forwarding address
Confirm your forwarding mail forwarding address

Click the Add forwarding address button
Enter the new forwarding email address
A confirmation popup address forwarding will be enabled. Click continue to send confirmation email
Note: You can enter multiple forwarded emails but only forwarded to a single email

Step 5: Confirm forwarding Gmail to another email account Click on the link in the email to confirm the forward mail or
Copy the confirmation code in the email. Enter the code in the Verification box in the Forwarding and POP / IMAP tab. Click Verify to complete the mail forwarding process.
Step 6: Set up Gmail forwarding After completing the verification, we will return to Forwarding and POP / IMAP to select the mail you want to forward the email to.
Step 7: Is automatic mail forwarding checking done? Use any email to send mail to Gmail you've just set up forwarding. Wait a few minutes to have mail forwarded there. Good luck.

Turn off auto-forwarding of emails in Gmail Repeat Steps 1, 2, 3
At tab Forwarding and POP / IMAP, tick "Turn off forwarding function"
Click Save Changes to finish
From now on, no automatic email forwarding will be sent from Gmail.

I want a new gmail account

Are you trying to create a second Gmail account to use with an existing Gmail Account?

Let's say you have two big uses for Gmail: one you use with friends and family/for fun and one that you use more professionally. It is definitely possible to read mail and send mail from both within one inbox. Here's how:

(Let's call that more personal account your primary account and that professional one your secondary account)

Create that second account
The first step should be to create the secondary account if you haven't already done so. To create a secondary account, go ahead and sign out of your primary account. Click the "create an account" link and get started.

To receive emails from the second account
Next, in order to see emails sent from your secondary to your primary account, you should set up forwarding. Keep in mind that you can also forward emails from your primary to your secondary account should you want all messages from both emails in both inboxes. To set up forwarding:

1. Click the gear in the top right.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
4. Click Add a forwarding address in the "Forwarding" section.
5. Enter the primary email address
6. For your security, we'll send a verification to that email address.
7. Open your primary email account (signing out of the secondary account), and find the confirmation message from the Gmail team.
8. Click the verification link in that email.
9. Back in your secondary account, refresh the page.
10. Select the Forward a copy of incoming mail to option and make sure your new forwarding address is listed in the first drop-down menu.
11. In the second drop-down menu, choose what you want Gmail to do with your messages in that secondary account, such as keep Gmail's copy in the Inbox or archive Gmail's copy.
12. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

Now, you should be able to see emails from both accounts in the same spot.

To send emails from the second account
Last, in order to send out emails from the primary and the secondary account in the same inbox, you should set up the "send mail as" feature. To set up the send mail as feature:
1. Click the gear icon in the top right
2. Select Settings
3. Select the Accounts tab (or Accounts tab, if you're using Google Apps).
4. Under Send mail as, click Add another email address.
5. In the 'Email address' field, enter your name and alternate email address.
6. Choose one of two options:
7. Use Gmail's servers to send your mail (this is easier to set up)
8. Use your other email provider's SMTP servers (we recommend this option for professional mail accounts or domains). Note for Google Apps users: Depending on your domain type, this feature may be disabled by default. Talk to your administrator if you have any questions.

Now, when you're sending an email in your inbox, simply click "from" and choose which email address you'd like to send from.
