I think you mean "contact service" error message, if this is the problem, then this is the biggest problem with every mobile. You first need to check it in software and see whether it can boot from the software. hell there! I want u to try this small antidode get the key pad membrane cleaned which is under the key pad . coz some kind of carbon forms after a period of time or liquids to can cause this too.
lastly if no change change the key pad membrane .
Get a technician to do this for u
