I have two Nokia 6255I phones, in really good working condition. But the housing on each is broken, (hinge). I would like to find a place where I can get new housings and find out how to take them apart and replace the housing.
The best suggestion is to bring your phone to the nearest Nokia Care Center. Or you may wanna check any cell phone stores. There should be an available casing/housing in any cell phone stores.

Okay, you will need a T6 tool:
#1. Open your flip phone take the career logo/ Nokia logo off.
#2. Unscrew one T6
screw and pry the faceplate off your phone; make sure not to pull the
cover off suddenly after it becomes loose, rather gently remove it.
#3. Place your new faceplate on your phone and squeeze 4 corners till clicks on.
#4. screw on one T6 screw back on and replace the batter door.
Check this link and maybe you can order a housing:

i have checked with several repair shops in the Dallas area, none of them seem to have the casing/housing or seem to want to find them. I think I can find the housing online if I just had some instructions on how to remove the old and replace with the new.
well that will work great but I need to replace the whole housing case, the ear part and the key pad part. THE HINGE IS BROKEN and since its a flip phone, if the hinge is broken, it don't flip. You flip it, you now have two parts in your hand. I have replaced the faceplate cover twice already, i need to replace the rest of the housing.......... But we are on the right track here
