I NEED TO DOWNLOAD THE DRIVER FOR A NETEOPIA TER/GUSB2-N, WHERE CAN I GET IT?

They did a really good job on hiding this driver - but I found drivers for Windows XP and Vista on Motorola's support page:

http://broadband.motorola.com/consumers/support/default.asp?supportSection=HomeNetworking

If you need a driver for Windows 2000, you can get it here.

If you have any more questions, just come back here and leave a comment - I'm happy to help.
