Sounds like you have a wire or fuse that is touching another and causing your the issues..

There is a recall on those fans. I would check with your closet Nissan dealership to see if you have an open recall on your truck.

take it back for it does not operate correctly. you did buy it new?

its very likley the cd is fulty,, if its been left in the sun or it got hot some home burnt cd's dont play very well in car players,, try putting a cd head cleaner in the player but if it still refuses to play this cd try another cd that will play in your home player,, if it wont play that one its likley the lazer could have lost a bit of power in the car's cd unit
