SOURCE: My name card edit problems

The device needs a hard-reset to refresh reset expectations back to factory defaults, so make sure you have all your data backed up (contacts, music, pictures, video, etc).

You will then need to manually program the phone, which you can receive all this information through Sprint Technical Support.

Explain to technical support that your "phone info" displays your old # and is not recognizing your new #. This process can be very easy to fix. Call this number 1-877-345-7895. Hope this helps.

On a desktop computer, go to your facebook home page (your name at the top of the page) then put your mouse over your existing picture and click on Update Profile picture and you'll be able to choose a photo already in your photos or upload a photo from your computer.

On your mobile Facebook app, tap the three-horizontal-line icon then tap on View your profile. on your profile, tap on your picture (it should say EDIT)... at that point you can take a selfie and drop it in or use several other features listed to make, take, or upload a video or photo.

Crop a photo

Your best bet is to download the photograph and crop it in Microsoft paint (or any other editor) then re-upload to Facebook.
Unless you wish to use the picture as your profile picture, in which case just click "use as profile picture" and crop.

You can continue to tap the Back button on the bottom of the screen until you exit out of all the menus to the main screen, or simply press the On/Off button once to get back to the main screen. At this point you can test MMS messaging by sending yourself a picture message. Internet Access: If all you want to use for internet surfing is the phone?s built-in browser, and you have set up the data account service for the internet in the earlier setup, then you are ready to surf the internet by simply tapping on Service from the main menu. Then tapping on WAP and using the various options to navigate the internet like Homepage, Input address, etc. However, this won?t provide as robust an internet experience as a Java based internet program such as Opera Mini 3.1 or 4.1, or another java based internet browser. If you do decide to install a Java program for browsing the internet, there is one more setting which must be changed prior to using the Java internet browser. Java Internet Settings: 1.) From the main menu tap on the Java icon. 2.) Tap Java settings from the Java menu. 3.) Scroll down and tap the area just below Java SIM1 (SIM2) profile, which ever SIM you are currently setting up. 4.) Use the arrows to scroll the setting until T-Zones appears in the box. 5.) Tap the OK button at the bottom of the screen. Now you should be completely set up for SMS, MMS, as well for internet on the T-Mobile network if you have a T-Mobile internet plan!

Internet Access:
If all you want to use for internet surfing is the phone’s built-in browser, and you have set up
the data account service for the internet in the earlier setup, then you are ready to surf the
internet by simply tapping on Service from the main menu. Then tapping on WAP and using
the various options to navigate the internet like Homepage, Input address, etc. However, this
won’t provide as robust an internet experience as a Java based internet program such as Opera
Mini 3.1 or 4.1, or another java based internet browser. If you do decide to install a Java
program for browsing the internet, there is one more setting which must be changed prior to
using the Java internet browser.

Java Internet Settings:
1.) From the main menu tap on the Java icon.
2.) Tap Java settings from the Java menu.
3.) Scroll down and tap the area just below Java SIM1 (SIM2) profile,
which ever SIM you are currently setting up.
4.) Use the arrows to scroll the setting until T-Zones appears in the
box.
5.) Tap the OK button at the bottom of the screen.
Now you should be completely set up for internet on the T-Mobile network if you have a T-Mobile internet
plan!

Email will not work with any server that requires smtp authentication (which is pretty much all of them here)
*********************************************************************
There is no java in the browser. Forget it. There is also no java loader so there is no downloading java games. Copying them to the SD card won't work either. No java loader so the file will be unrecognized.

Wap services like gmail, yahoo email and wap based instant messagers work fine. Make sure you have a good unlimited feature so you do not incur overages from over using your new toy.
