i think that your battery's lifetime is over. try with a new battery. but make sure to buy an original battery. don't buy cheap chinese battery.

Try removing the battery for 5 minutes and then replace and see if that makes any difference.

If that doesn't work, try these. (Make backup of first)

*#7780# - Restore factory settings
*#7370# - Reformat your phone

If they still fail:
1. remove and replace the battery
2. press and hold these 3 keys while turning the phone on: " * ", " 3 ", and " green phone button "
continue holding the three keys until you hear the start up sound.

If all the above fails, you may have a broken screen connector or bga chip which will require you to open the phone and replace.

press the locked of your phones housing at the back then push it down...after removing back housing you will now get you battery..thanks

remove the battery..press n hold the power button for around 30 seconds....attach the battery back...power on n recharge the battery fully.

remove the back cover. there is a small cutting in any of the for sides to remove the battery. after removing ityou can see the sim card.

Be sure that you are plugging in the right charger because some Nokia chargers are not compatible with the N70..

Also be sure that you are plugging the charger into the right port,The charging port of the N70 is the smallest hole under the phone.

IF you find a sudden decrease in battery back up time,it is time to replace your battery.So change your battery as soon as possible.Make sure you buy a genuine spare battery.

First you end all of your running programs, then switch off your N70 mobile. to remove the battery on backside bottom of mobile there is one button , press that button and pull the shutter it will open. Now enjoy taking the battery out anytime.

UFS box is good solution for N70.

Also there is free sim lock remover for lower version RAP phones.
