Some of my CECT phone menu options are in Chinese. How can I change it to English?

If this doesnt work you will have to Flash a new firmw ware on the phone. I avoid sellars of these phones who are in china. only buy from the states.

1.) Change the E-Book reader option from the Main menu => Tools => E-Book reader => Options => Global settings => Encoding, change to "UCS2 (Unicode)"
2.) Globally set the phone to English by opening up the dialing pad and entering *#0044# and then press the call button.

i have compiled a help cd. there are manuals out there you can download, not very good though. If the queestion has been asked, it is answered step by step on this disc.
