Why can't i send picture messages or texts on from my mobile.

The iPhone doesn't support MMS messaging which includes videos, pictures and sound, it only supports text messages. You can email the photos to someone or yourself to get the pictures off your phone on the go.

Call your Service Provider
Ask them send you the MMS settings of your mobile
They will send them to you as a text message
When you receive them save an run then turn your mobile off for 5 minutes then turn it on
Then your mobile will send and receive picture messages

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM I HAVE AN ORANGE SIM AND A TESCO MOBILE SIM BUT CANT CALL OR SEND TXTS I CAN RECIVE TXTS AND CALLS

call the customer service of your service provider ( AT&T,Vodafone,Verizon etc)....they will set up message center number on your phone , the one that you have might be incorrect...your mobile operator will send you sim updates that will refresh the settings ....and then you will get the text message options

On every phone there are settings that can stop you sending texts. However all phones should still receive texts even if all the settings were changed. As the text message is directed to you mobile number you should still be receiving?
When you compose your text and select contact does the phone move them to the out/sent box?
Settings to check for sending are your 'message centre number' (your network provider can supply and they are normally different for pay monthly and pay & go) 'Message sent as' should be 'text' (not fax or email etc).
Text problems are common where people change or delete digits from the message centre number by mistake.
If you cannot receive texts i would recommend speaking to your provider for help as it may be your account details at their end? (beyond your control). Hope that helps?

first please check the message intre no correctly even if its correct try refreshing it again and switch off and then on the mobile and tryy using it.if prob still pertains try loading the software of the mobile phone again and your prob will be fixed

The phone may not allow sending and recieving of mms packages if you don't have the feature on your plan with att.

Ok, ask the person you are trying to send the picture to if they pay to recieve picture messaging or if it is just text messages. Unless they have a service provider like cricket then the text and picture messages have to be paid for seperatly. Like with sprint/nextel text is .10 cents and pictures are .25 cents. It depends on their provider.

you need to be subscribed to a gprs server on your mobile phone, like wap. this service allows you to send the picture messages and recieve them. hope this helps :)
