You can get the PUK code from your service provider.They will just need a few details like your name and phone number before sending you the code.

a better way to get puk code is contact your sim customer care, because the puk code is dipending on your sim card number

hi if you gon online to orange web site and register your phone and number it will give you your puk number, or you can call orange direct on 450, and they will be able to give you it over the phone .

Becca, PUK and PIN are in the domain of the service provider,ie, Vodafon in your case. Please contact the Vodafon Helpline to get the PUK. Generally it is 00000000 (eight zeros) unless you have changed it.

all you need to do is just call custmer care from any other 02 phone and provide them with the SIM serail number, which is on the back side of your 02 SIM. they will give you the PUK code.

The PUK code is availlable from your network service provider. This number was on the plastic card that your SIM card was attached to. If you don't have it, only your Network Service Provider can supply it to you.

You will have all that info in the box it came in or you should be able to call your network provider and they will be able to give it to you over the phone. You may have to provide them with some information for security purposes before they will give it to you so if you have an account number then have it handy when calling.
