My nokia n72 doesnot works properly, i face problem of hanging, automatic restart,phone startup fail problem,wap service problem,even antiviruses which are installed itz icon getz disappear & phone gets restart when i play any mp3 file & when i switch off my cell it getz formatted automatically.
Your cell phone is infected with virus you want to HARD FORMAT, switch off your mobile phone 1st, then press and hold 3 keys at a time star key, green dial key, and no. 3 key. then switch on your phone.
do not unhold all three key's until nokia's logo come's [hand shake] . it's done. you have to select your city. mean's your phone is virus free now.
[get backup of your contacts and messeges before formatting or you will lose your data]

your handset needs a software upgrade,
use nokia pc suite to upgrade it OR:
take it in to be flashed.

i have same problem, N-72 phone hasbeen hanging & automattically restart. i give to the Nokia customer care people they formate and install the software also. But the peoblem continue.
i asked Nokia authorises service centre people, they reply, if you permit us, we can sent to NOKIA service center, to repair it, but the cost of chareges should be Rs.8800?
The new phone cost is below Rs.8000 only? plase give me better solution for me.

my n72 does not work properly.um havng a battery problem:-( as i charge it daily. i have formated my mem.card but same problem presist. some antivirus softwares does not work in my moblie.i thnk i hav viruses in my mobile. what shuld i do?? plz help me.even i charge my phone twice a day
