I purchased a Maxwest Orbit 5400 a week ago. Even with the phone turned off, the phone charged very slowly. I mentioned it to the vendor, and he recommended that I change batteries. I did so, but the product phone still takes a long time to charge, and it seems to drain the battery rather quickly (even when I close all the programs/apps).. Last night, my battery was at 48%, and I turned the phone off. I plugged it in to charge it. After 1 hour and 10 minutes of charging, the battery was only up to 73%. Do I need to get ANOTHER battery?

if you already change the battery;' theres no problem with the battery; i think the problem is software try to reset the factory setting if dosen't work/ reinstall software

i had that same exact problem, with my razr so i just went out and bought a new battery for like 15 dollars, and now it works like a charm :)

i think charger might be faulty try changing it otherwise u can change ur battery but i would suggest taking it to the Apple sales centre for Free Repairs u are eligible

My renoir has just developed this issue.

I have tried 2 batteries, tried re-flashing the firmware (even tried a custom firmware) and nothing.

I am buying another battery to see if i were unlucky with the battery I bought.

This does not appear to be an uncommon issue as I have found several threads online regarding this. No definitive answer as yet.
