There is a safety thermocouple that requires the gas to be running a flame to keep going. Its called the "flame failure device". Yours is not working. Talk to an appliance engineer.

How do I fix a flame failure device

Assuming a modern electronic device here. Flame failure detectors work by sensing the current flow through the flame to ground. Only repair is to repalace the electronic sensor module.
On older systems, a thermal couple is used. A small copper tube, sealed at both ends is situated in the flame. As the liquid inside the tube heats up, it explands and opens a valve at the other end, letting more gas flow. If the liquid leaks out, the expansion does not happen and the gas valve stays closed. Thermal couples are available at most home hardware stores and simply unscrew from the valve side.
Place the other end directly in the flame of the pilot light.

Canon Carrick LPG cooker-failure of full flame control bottom oven I have had this cooker for 14 months and used it for 6 months only from new. The bottom main oven has just started to play...

I had the same problem. I solved it by re-attaching a device which had come undone. On the right hand side of the burner is a rod with a metal wire attached. This was lying loose. It should be fixed to a little grey clip which is itself attached to a a piece of metal. By re-fixing the clip and the rod to the clip it solved the problem. Hope this helps. I have photos of how it should look. email [email protected] for a JPG.

If you could narrow down the buzzing noise, where and when, it may be significant.

As far as the unit losing its flame, I believe this unit uses a "flame switch" to prove there is a pilot flame. (Part# 1133) So first visually verify the flame quality and the position of the bulb for the flame switch. And assuming that's fine, you need to check the electrical switch portion of the part. It is in the control cabinet towards the bottom. Just two wires.

Usually this problem is a switch failure, rather than a lose connection, or a poor pilot flame. Good luck
