My nokia E51 is locked can u tell a master code to unlock

First of all try 12345 (the standard one)

If this is not working try using this software: NSS to read the phone code:

You should see the lock code when you use the softare.

If not, you might consider formatting your phone.

Switch it off, and : Pressing the following key at the same time: 3 * green button, switch it back on - the three keys must be pressed and held - then press the power button still holding the 3 keys.
