I'm over in the USA for a few weeks but ive found that my nokia 6111 doesnt work very well. I cant send messages or make any calls. I have recieved a few messages and calls but not all of them. Ive been told by my network that everything should be working fine, however they advised me to manually set the phone to a US network and manually check that the phone is set to tri-band, (which it does have). The problem i have is I dont know how to go about doing either of these things on my handset. Can anyone help and/or give me instructions on how to do this?

hi, try go to your message setting, check if the correct message center number is there. if its not correct or not there, you can not send sms...All you need to do is to call your service provider for the number. . thanks
