Power off. Start the phone. when you feel the vibration after the sony logo spam the volume up button like crazy. If the phone boots power off and try again. This should get you in to Recovery mode where you can choose Factory Reset. Good luck!

Unfortunately without a password you have to reset it. Try looking somewhere for instructions on how to do a hard-reset (wipes all data and passwords :D) for that phone. Let me know if you need any more help!

The phoenix password relates to the BIOS. If the computer was rebooted without any changes or you just recieved the computer, you have to know the password to get into BIOS. It should boot normally unless the Phoenix passcode your taking about is some sort of bitlocker program to encrypt the hard drive. If it is a encryption password your dead in the water without that password. If the problem is in the BIOS, you can reset you system by removing the BIOS battery and depending on the Model you can reset your BIOS to default, eliminating the password problem. I don't know what type of computer it is but the manuf support site should have BIOS reset instructions just for that reason.
hello. to do a hard reset without your password you need to go to your phone store. They will do it there. Regards, Joe
ps kindly rate my answer as helpful. thank you.
Short of doing a hard reset...no. To do a hard reset take out the sim card and memory card (if you have one) hold the 2 soft keys (the keys about the internet "e" and the messanging "letter"...hold those keys in while pushing the soft reset button (to the right of your usb connector) with your stylus. Follow the directions to reset the phone.
If the password was set on the hard disk from the laptop that it was install on, then you can reset or remove the hard drive password using the BIOS configuration, you need to enter the existing hard drive password to this.
There are no back door paswords available, if you ca't remove the password then the drive is useless. This protection is use to prevent unauthorized access to data stored on the hard drive.
To get the laptop operational again you need to replace the hard drive and install Windows again.
