Your clock on your telephone is displaying the "system time" which can be changed at the attendant console the receptionist uses. Go to the console and push the FUNCTION KEY, then press ATT FUNCTION, then press SET TIME, enter the current time using four digits, ie. 09:30, then press PM if applicable, then press SET. SET will only appear as an option if the time has been enteed correctly, you can use the back arrow button to make corrections. Then push EXIT.

Red phones were generally used as hot lines that automatically dialed a number; however, I have heard of some companies standardizing on red phones.

SOURCE: Mitel Superset 4150 will not conect
This phone is a digital phone and requires connection to a digital system commonly called a "key system". If you have removed it from where it was connected and tried to use it at home or somewhere else it will not work. Most home or normal phone jacks are connected to your local provider directly and is what is called an analog system. The 2 are NOT compatable without an interface device. If it is connected to a key system then thier is a problem with the port on the Mitel keysystem that goes to the jack you are plugging the phone into and you will need a technician to fix/rewire this onsite. Hope this helps you. A manual for your phone can be gotton here: http://www.octelephone.com/4150user.pdf
