Volume on incoming calls too quiet cant hear the person calling

Hi i hope you can help . i have the samsung tocco phone and when answering incoming calls the earpiece volume is far too low and i cant hear the person calling.
the software version if this helps is
F480+BV+HF2
MODEEM M6281A-KLRZ-4.0.9535
SHP:VPP R5 2.1.1

WOULD BE GRATEFUL OF ANY HELP

I ALSO DONT KNOW THE MASTER KEY TO GAIN ACCESS TO INTERNALS MENU.

On the side of your phone, where the microSD memory card goes.
Thers a button above it, that clicks up/down. Press it until the volume is the right size for you.

Ok when your on the call press the button at the side by the memory card slot (make sure you press the top half of the button) and that turns the volume up (its still pretty quiet though tbh)

For most phones: Try making a call, while call press the up key of the phone (if the phone doesn't have the volume key at the side).

Can't hear voice calls on my Samsung Tocco Ultra

Hello,

The problem with your phone is that the earpiece of your phone is bad, that is why you cannot hear anything while you call or if you are called.

All you need to do is to change the earpiece of your phone and you will see that after changing it, you can hear when people call or when you are called.

Replace the earpiece as said and you will see that your communication with other people on the phone will move smoothly.

The sound is suddenly very quiet.

this phone has many different volumes to play with, one of them is the volume for, when your calling someone, simply, when you call someone, press the volume up button, and you should hear the person louder

How do i turn the keypad sound of on samsung tocco

I had the same problem so called Samsung UK. Take following action: Choose - Phone Profiles/Normal/red chevrons/top right drop down menu/choose phone sounds/scroll to bottom phone sound volume, put to zero and press save. It works! Hope this helps. Julie J

I can make and receive calls, but I cannot hear anything.

Check Windows Sound mixer for application volume. Down in system tray at right side of taskbar double click sound icon for XP or click sound icon once and click Mixer for Vista. Look through volume settings for your phone application. Make sure it is not muted and volume is up.

Turn up the volumes on Ear piece -during- a call (on the side of the phone <===>) and on the speaker at any time. The joy stick does it I think.
