SOURCE: NEED AN INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR ''OLD FASHIONED MOVIE TIME POPCORN

The usual way to use a pop corn popper is to:
1st - add oil
2nd - add popcorn
3rd - add any seasoning (if using the pre-packaged "theater" popcorn mix).

DO NOT add butter into the popper, as it will burn quickly and make for some foul tasting pop corn.

You can always add butter and salt to taste AFTER the pop corn is done popping.

Hope you find this Very Helpful. Best regards!

You put sugar or "floss" in the center of the spinner. When it heats up (takes a while) a spider web like material forms in the bowl. You take a "paper cone" and twirl it around to collect this which is the cotton candy! Find a party store to get the cones and you can also get the "floss" which is sugar with a bit of coloring and sometimes glycerin.

Clean the spinner after use.

SOURCE: stripped gear in motor

I just spoke with Nostalgia Electrics Customer Service and they stated that they do not sell replacement parts of any type for this piece of CR4P! Seriously... why would anyone design a nylon gear in between two metal gears unless it was designed to fail.

I have an Old Fashioned Movie Time Popcorn machine on a cart, it is missing the basket that pops the corn.

Helman Group does not sell replacement parts anywhere. (there is a website that claims to, it is a scam) Your only option is trying to find a used machine for parts.

Good Luck, it is doubtful you will find a working kettle.
