Hobart dishwaher building up water after washes

  1. Clogged drain line: The drain line may be clogged with food debris or other debris, causing the water to back up in the machine.
  2. Blocked sump: The sump, which is where the water drains into, may be blocked with food debris or other debris, causing the water to back up in the machine.
  3. Faulty fill valve: The fill valve may be faulty, causing the water to fill beyond the normal level.
  4. Leaking pump or hoses: The pump or hoses may be leaking, causing water to collect under the machine.
  5. Broken float switch: The float switch, which is responsible for controlling the water level, may be broken, causing the water level to rise uncontrollably.
It is recommended to have a certified Hobart technician or a professional commercial dishwasher repair service diagnose and repair the issue

I have a hobart commercial dish machine Am14 that the spinners for final rinse are not spinning I have water pressure around 15-20 psi any thoughts?

That water pressure is fairly marginal for a machine without a booster pump.
I'd be looking to cleanout the debris strainer in the water supply: you may have a separate strainer, it may be at the inlet side of the water valve, it may be in the form of a mesh at either end of the fill hose.

If your water is hard, there may be a restriction formed by limescale at the boiler outlet.

My hobart underbench dishwsaher will not fill or heat

Sound like the inlet water valve is out. So with no water it doesn't sense water to heat.

I have Hobard LXIH dishwasher, it is working OK but during rinse cycle instead of taking in rinse agent it is actually fill rinse bottle back with water. Rinse pump is working, it was replaced in June

Check the rinse pump. The tubing needs to come from the supply into the bottom of the pump, and the pump should be running clockwise. If the pump tube is worn, the rinse pressure will blow through the pump filling the bottle

Hobart SR24H dishwasher after rinse cycle the same time pampas water in and out of the dishwasher, two pipes are opened and working

Hello.
As per my personal opinion this is normal because for the final rinse you have a small booster or boiler..
When you turn on the machine..it starts fill and also the booster for the final rinse.
You start the machine..wash cycle...rinse cycle..
Now..new water(from rinse booster) is coming on the tank in order to rinse the dishes..on the same time the machine drains the excces water from the rinse(over flowing) and fills up the booster with new water.
Should be like this

Good luck

Hobart WM-ID dishwasher doesn't heat water enough to clean dishes

The WM-1D does not have any internal heating devices. You have to supply the machine with the proper water temp. It has two fill valves, one for wash and one for rinse. It should have 150F supplied to the wash fill valve and 180F to the rinse fill valve.

Hobart dishwasher leaking as it rinses/fills

If the brand is Watts, a rebuild kit is available from Hobart. Their part # 118270. It should contain the float with a red rubber gasket and a bonnet o-ring. Unscrew the cap, clean off the sealing surface and drop in the new float OR you might find a local Watts distributor and see if they carry the kit. That should solve the leaking issue. Let me know.
