Your phone probably has call restriction enabled. If it is the case, find security settings in your phone settings menu, disable call restrictions by entering phone lock code. This phone lock code is 12345 by default, if changed & u dont know, you need to take it to nearest nokia service center to reset it to default. I hope this helps...

Try a hard reset on the phone.

hard reset: *#7370# code is 12345

hard reset will wipe stuff off device..just so u know.

You can try NSS software to bring your fone to it default factory setting.
But the phone condition must can enter standby menu and can connect to your Nokia PCSuite program.

Try this. Turn off your phone, then turn it back.
While its turning press and hold the following buttons:
Call, 3, *

This should be a hard reset button that will restore your n95 to its original settings.
