I'm not sure where they got them, but at my last job they gave us a rather cheap toolkit that had one of these in it. They might even have them at the big box hardware stores - though if they do, it'll be part of a set, not just the one screwdriver.

you can buy them on ebay and they come with instructions and specical screw drivers. its simple. i did it and it worked. jus b careful. lol. hope this helps. bye.

you have to prise off the front cover.. it is quite difficult and i broke my screen trying to do this.
