I cannot play pokerist game. When I logged in my friends are all offline and always table not found. What shall I do to play again?

I have the same problem here . support team is a shet team .
I own 10B and one day I join table 50/100K after that the pot me in pokerist jail no friends no players look like none here
I send more than 100 msg none here too !
I decide leave that bad game for ever
the only way to not get block is buy chips from them if you keep play and when in mega table or win a big pot ,, so you will be welcome in jail

It happened to me also , you have to remove all your friends and let them add you again, it's kinda hard because you cant search for them, they have to add you while you are playing on a table just like the begining, for some reason the app does'nt recognize your current friends but will the new one. click "chat" on the lower right side of your facebook then click "options" then "go offline"..

this happened to me and my friend. I gave my friend some chips so they think that i was selling chips. So i think that banned me. have to wait and see, otherwise cant see to find the solution.

PS. found the location of the log in from another account. It's from brisbane AU

I have the same problem,so did my friend...I found out that someone from brisbane is remotely accessing the game...so guess we just have to wait and see...I transferred some chips to a friend so I think maybe they banned us cos they think I was selling
