My nokia 3250 upper pannel not work, does it means my problem is from hardware or software? i must fix something?

I can help you better if you explain in detail the problem. i had repair 3250 alot. so explain exectly is do and how started, it sounds me flat cable problem (hardware) but i need more detail.

This problem with your keypad please repair your keypad or change from nokia service center and about your lock code

visit this site

and dial to your nokia mobile *#06# you phone generate a 15 digit IMEI number put this number on

IMEI are and this site generate a new lock code number please put this number on your phone and you are able to unlock this phone

1/ try a fresh memory card i mean a nother one


of course its can be fixed but no u who gonna fix it cuz u need a serious good skills on soldering and using metrix tool.

u ve to replace the whole card reader on phone or the crad reader circuit/chip/extensios check who is the faulty or geos bad from those three.

just give it to ur trusted phone repairshop

It might be software problem or defective camera's problem. But it is subject to phisical examination. I can say that in most cases when the files supporting camera function leads to this problem and this is 70% chance in your phone. 30% it might be due to hardware failure of your camera. But 3250 is rather complicated to open, it is advisable not to open it if u r not enough skilled. Go to technician and he will solve the problem.
