Fitted battery to nokia n95 and the phone stopped working

Is this a chinese clone of the N95 or is it actually an N95 just bought from China??? if its a Clone, its not at all an N95, it doesnt have Nokia software and it will not work with Nokia PCSuite...

If its not a clone, then download the latest Nokia PCSuite from the Support section of Nokia.com

try a new battery if that does not work then the firmware may need to be reflash on the phone, so you should take the phone to a mobil service center and have them fix it for you.

take the phone to a mobile service shop and have them reflash the firmware on the phone for you.

Try this. Turn off your phone, then turn it back.
While its turning press and hold the following buttons:
Call, 3, *

This should be a hard reset button that will restore your n95 to its original settings.
