Normal Reset

Using the *#7370# sequence.

How to proceed

When using symbian60 v1 based phone such as nokia 7650, 3650 or N gage models these two key sequences can be entered in the same way you dial up a phone number. The phone will prompt you to enter a security code (12345 by default).
On the latest S60 phones you can try a Deep Reset, using the following steps
1. Turns off the phone
2. Press simultaneously on the green/talk, 3 and* keys and hold the 3 keys.
3. Turn on your phone
4. Wait for the onscreen Format message then can release the three keys

Hello First of all i have to tell you that not all type n all size MP4 file is not played into mobile real player for particularly your E63 you have to check for 320x240 or maximum 640x320 size with mpeg or h263/264 video codac n aac or mp3 audio codec for checking this that what type of MP4 files suppots on your phone check specification of your phone on fonearena.com.
& for converting different files to specified your mobile file use any video converter like xyllisoft or total video converter.
If still there is problem then you have to go to any NOKIA costumer care for updating your mobile software. Sometime because of viruses software may corrupt and some functions may not work so check for it.
