The newest driver available for your graphics card is designed for Windows Vista, but it should work with Windows 7. That does not necessarily mean that it will. I have included a link to download the driver below.

5500 have a wider bus, and more memory, and is generally faster. The only + of the 6200 is later shader model. Anyway, where did you find those antiquities? :)

You haven't stated where you got driver from, and what version of Windows you've got, but assuming you have the correct driver for your specific model and OS, you should be fine with just ignoring the warning and just continue installing.

Yes, they should be compatible. The Intel d865gbf has an AGP port that supports AGP 4x/8x, and so does the FX5500. You should be fine.

the 4x card WILL work in an 8x slot but it will only run at 4x speed because of the card limitation. also, the 8x card WILL work in a 4x slot but it will only run at 4x speed because of the slot limitation. i've done it. peace
