The newest driver available for your graphics card is designed for Windows Vista, but it should work with Windows 7. That does not necessarily mean that it will. I have included a link to download the driver below.

5500 have a wider bus, and more memory, and is generally faster. The only + of the 6200 is later shader model.

You haven't stated where you got driver from, and what version of Windows you've got, but assuming you have the correct driver for your specific model and OS, you should be fine with just ignoring the warning and just continue installing.
