Yahoo mail log in issue

My mom is trying to log into hwe accout and is getting login errors once logged in and trying to view her email. Can you offer any suggestions?

Ok, seems like LOTS of people are having this issue. I have not been able to log into my other yahoo account since Friday! I have contacted yahoo through email and phone and they have not been any help. they said that the issue is not on their side which is obviously wrong because so many of us are having the same issue.

Please call their customer service number. If more people call to report this issue, maybe they will actually do something!

Its usually a temporary thing on yahoo mail..resolves in a while..do try using a different browser if u have..hope it helps..

If you are using Internet Explorer: click tools at the top, then internet options, then security. Click "Custom Level" button, go to the scripting section and disable active scripting. Then Log in to your yahoo mail. Select "Return to a previous version of Yahoo! Mail" Once done you can return to the previous settings. Log out and login again.
If you are using Firefox go to tools > options > content. Click on disable Javascript. Then Log in to your yahoo mail. Select "Return to a previous version of Yahoo! Mail" Once done turn it back on. Log out and login again.

YYahoo can be very touchy about being logged in from 2 locations go to the last place you were able to log in and make sure you are logged out. Yahoo automatically keeps you logged in for 2 weeks at a time.
