Connections top and bottom ok. recently moved house but used several times since and was ok.

1) Exchange batteries for new ones.
2) Tight the flexible cable from keypanel vs display board.
3) Tight again the connector from display board to lower board or main motor board.4)adjust the sensor reed switch bby 1/8" see the diagram attached.
5)See if you test measure for +5VDC coming from power suply then main motor board and finally Display board.
6) Test the power supply form output +5VDC , and input from main motor controller board.

See the block diagram that I did for people like you, for better and undertanding diagnostic.

suggestion: Run the calibration software read the owner manual and see the steps under your hood. sincerely.Merry Christmas.

Tunturi c60 crosstrainer no longer picks up heart rate from belt and only intermittently from bar sensors any advice would be welcome.

follow this steps and fix it. God bless you

1) Reset /Off switch after 5 minutes if the the same had been tripped
2 Leave the safety key in the console, if the elevation is not adjusting or not change during Ifit, or videos are playing. Press the buttons for incline motor and pull out the safety key, while incline is moving. Re-insert again the Key after few seconds.
3 Turn the adjustment bolts on bottom rear by 1/4 counterclockwise, with allen tools.Tes the belt pulling up in each side. Lifting the belt 3 to 4 inches off the treadmill indicates a proper tension. Repeat the adjustment in case if necessary. 4 Wipe down the heart rate sensor. if not produce any accurate reading. Dry the sensor and try again

My Tunturi j800 is stuck in the incline position. Other than that, it works great! How can I get it down? The screen reads that it's at 0% incline.

RUN THE SOFTWARE CALIBRATION FOR DIAGNOSE, TROUBLESHOOTING AND FIX IT.

2) you can lube the gear, shaft+ adjust the potentiometer+see the relais contact are clean it.

Tunturi E40 I'm free peddling , the speed stays at 0, the resistance stops, nevertheless the heartbeat is taken normally.

Please adjust the sensor speed , see the diagram below 2) Tigh the wires from the sensor speed 3) Run the sotware CALIBRATION very IMPORTANT! for easy diagnose and troubleshooting

No change in resistance

IF you have the one i have, there is a knob with two connected arrows and a plus and minus sign. turn toward the plus, more resistance, turn toward the minus, less resistance.
