Nokia c3 keeps freezin when i try to acsess my memory card nd when i turn it off it switces on but shows a blank screen

check your battery
try use another battery for checking it

1 remove your battery sim card and memory card (memory card should be enough but removing all can not hurt and wait couple of minutes

2. insert sim and battery and turn it on without memory card

3. if it turns on normally turn it back off

4. insert memory card and turn it on again

This worked for me. There are also other suggestions like try to defragment the memory card... but so far it works so i am not trying that one yet

The phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.

Download the .exe file from the above link.

Install the software in your computer. Remove the memory card from the phone and connect in your machine using the memory card reader and scan the card for viruses or malwares.

keep the card in the card reader and leave it for
230 sec

Your memory is full. It is now fully occupied. Try increasing the memory or try to free the memory by deleting objects.

check ur phone memory wether its fully used nd try to keep 50 % space vacant of phone memory nd utilise the memory card go in messaging then press option-settings-other choose storage of messages in memory card...

check ur phone memory nd also check the history pages in web nd remove it ,try to keep space in phone memory nd utilise memory card...

format ur phone nd memory card keep the backup of data of phone nd memory card in ur pc nd try to scan phone nd memory card their might be virus nd update your phone software..........

Try a reset:
First turn it OFF, take the SIM card out.

Press * 3 send at the same time and turn power on. Keep them pressed untill the reset screen appears.
Give it time to work.

This might not work but it's worth a try.
I think your phone has been Black Listed.
It must have been reported stolen.
