My wife's sanyo scp 3100 died a couple of days ago. I took it to the sprint store and was told that since the motherboard wasn't functioning there's nothing they can do because it won't power up. i get the sense they just didn't wanna mess with it. is all her data, pics, texts, etc really gone forever or is it something else i can do? many thanks!

Sanyo 3100 are a CDMA phone. which in short means there is not a SIM card.
