Hi there please download "drivermax" search for this on google. This is agreat program that will find drivers for anything. Careful though, you only get 2 free drivers per day on the free version so make sure you download the relevant ones using this program.
Not for certain, since there is no official driver for it - too old. If you want you could try the Server 2008 driver, it might work - beware, before attempting that you must install Microsoft KB980731 hot fix or Service Pack 1: they say it will work , but they don't certify it.

Sounds like a nice setup you have going there, but the TV is going to be fussy about resolution. You need to plug in a regular monitor to adjust the resolution to something higher than 800x600, preferably 1280x720, make sure the screen comes back up on the monitor, then reboot the computer with your tv plugged in.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
i have problems for vista window . i instled vista wind in cpu but the main problems is grapics ( cpu model is intel d450 please advise about grapics, how to do and which driver will use. please advice and i thanks.
Everything you described is consistent with the graphics card or drivers not supporting that resolution. Verify you are using the latest drivers available from the Matrox Website.
The Matrox Millenium G450 is a DirectX 6 video card, so it doesn't support the features of DirectX 9, hence, there is no way to make it work. You will need to get a newer video card.
it is the monitor that is causing the problem, you have lost one of your color bands and there is no adjustment to fix it. time to get another monitor. sorry
