Could not find a free one online but did find a PDF download for 10 Euros at the folllowing website: http://home.versatel.nl/manualswarehouse/manuals.htm use the menu on the far left hand side to scroll to Phonic and then to peq 3300, then select pdf to download it.
Typically anytime you can move a pot, fader, switch etc. And It makes any kind of noise such as static it's likely that it is justa dirty component. Deoxit is the most used cleaner. Most pots have some kind of opening on base that you can spray into if not then just directly down at the collar is where to spray. Spray all dirty controls and excursive by twisting pot.
Several things could cause this... connecting it to a piecee of equipment powered from a different wall receptacle cound result in ground bounce on the building power that could destroy the input circuits. Another thing is if a static discharge hit it... There are bypass capcitors at the inout that could have shorted. Of course the fader could have failed...
Visit this link to download the manual if you don't have it already.

This mixer has a multi-effects processor onboard, but the key is understanding the audio signal chain.
There is a chance that you have your input audio going through an undesired effect, but without knowing your setup (input source, connections, mixer settings), it would be difficult to pinpoint the problem.
I have a Yamaha AW1600 and I had to go into my firewall settings and add it to my exceptions to allow the program access to my computer through the firewall. This may help. Thanks!
