Like computer, your phone need space to run applications /programs ( chaching). It seems you phone need more free spaces ( if there is no virus, on the phone). To get more free spaces, you need to move some programs/ applications/ files from phone memory to card ( if any). Otherwise you need to delete some files on phone memory.

If not play the songs you change your software through nokia care or other mobile repairing shopsorplay the song one by one .go application open memory card and play song

View the amount of memory available for game and application installations
Select Options > Memory status.
if you still have enough memory make sure your memory is set to memory card or set to both phone/memory card

go to message menu then press options and press settings and come down to other press that and change the memory options to memory card instead of phone memory hope it works
