The Reebok website is horrible for supplying support material. If you don't have the instruction book that came with the hoop, you can most likely get it online from Lifetime. I'm told the Reebok product is made by Lifetime. Look on their site for the 71525 model and see if it matches what you have with your set. If it does, that book is available op their site.

Lay it on the ground, gently pull the hoop and turn the screw.
