this is usually caused by a bad cable. And i mean bad because your adapting stereo to mono, simply connect your cable but only use the red or white end not a combiner or anything else, also make sure your using the correct rca port on the CTX

Dial Pad and Button Beeps
Digital telephones can emit a “beep” sound whenever a dial pad or feature button is pressed. The “beeps” are On by default. Follow these steps to turn the “beeps” On or Off on 3000-series DKTs.
1. Press 3+6+9+Hold(simultaneously).
2. Press 0.
3. Press Feature Button 1 (FB1) to toggle On/Off.
FB1, LED On: buttons beep.
FB1, LED Off: buttons do not beep.
4. Press hold to set the option.
5. You must also go off-hook, then on-hook to exit the program mode.

You will have to get into program mode for this. you will have to press this sequence of buttons. Hold*#*#1*2*3*. Password is default to 0000. Program number is 902 then press hold. Press Intercom button for Date and line 1 button for time. If you press Intercom #66 enter speed dial number 10-99 is station speed dial. If you press Intercom #66 and enter speed dial numbers 100-999 will be system speed dial. Hope this helps. I included a site below with program manuals.

You have a newer generation CTX or CIX system and this must be done through system programming and requires extensive knowledge, should have your dealer program this, can usually be done remotely. Here is the admin programs and guides

sounds like you are call forwarded. But to know this you should plug in a phone that has a display. Also it depends on your system, being a 3XXX series phone you most likely have a CTX and the call forwarding codes can be found here

Your headset is incompatible then. Palntronics H51 is used normally and has a seperate box that has on and off and volume and mute. Also DIP switched must be set properly on the box.

The Company Greeting is usually split between mailboxes 990 and 991. MB990 is the introduction ( Thank you for calling ABC Company) and MB 991are the instructions ( If you know your parties extension please enterit now .... ). The Admin mailbox to set this up is 999 if you havethree digit extension numbers and the default password is 999997#. Ifthis password has been changed then you will have to get a local Toshiba dealer to help you as the password will have to be reset via a computerconnected to the maintenance port of the voicemail. If you have acomputer already set up to program the voicemail then that is where youwill also take care of the Directory issues.

You have to setup ARS. Not easy if you don't Know how to program Toshiba system. What Toshiba system do you have

Need to login to Admin mailbox 999 or 9999 (3 digit exts or 4 digit exts?) need to know admin password? once in follow prompts to edit maiboxes to reset password to default. Default is 997 and ext number,but the tech that setup your phone system could of change the default code(997).What Toshiba system do you have?

you need to work on the padding tables inside the system, you will have to know the programming or aquire programming software if it is a ctx or above

default code for an stratagy voicemail system is the ext followed by 997, i.e. 999997 would be system admin box 999
