This error message will appear if you input incorrect code at least 3 times, It is now lock for security purpose; All you have to do is to contact your service provider customer support number to provide you PUK code to unlock the phone.

Try going into the display settings on your phone and find an option for brightness, increase the brightness and it should be a bit easier to see.

In Idle mode, press and select Settings >> Phone settings >> Language >> Screen text.

Put in the simcard from another operator and turn on the phone. When it is turned on you can enter the freeze code and press ok.

A request for a PUK code ("Personal Unlocking Key") will appear on your phone if your SIM card PIN code is entered 3 consecutive times incorrectly.

Your SIM card will then become "PUKed" or Blocked. This is a security measure to protect your service.

You need to call the Customer Service department of your cell phone provider and they will give you the PUK code which will unblock your SIM card.

This appears to be a hardware problem. The best idea is to take it into a Samsung store, if need be your local provider. The problem appears to be that the ribbon that carries data from the motherboard to the screen is malfunctioning. A Samsung store could probably fix and return your phone to you, but your carrier will probably charge you if you don't have a warranty.

there is nothing wrong with your screen, the problem is from the flex that connects your screen to the phone's main board. This flex must have worn out that's why your screen is not displaying any picture.

The problem is common with flip and slide phones. The flex gets worn out as a result of constant opening and close of the flip or slide phone.

I would urge you to replace the flex and I am assuring you that your screen will display picture again. You might also be lucky to find out that the flex is not well fix, that is, it may have loosed contact.

If you cannot change the flex yourself, maybe you should take the phone to a local repairer within your vicinity, so that the flex can be fixed/replaced.

At given number of tries provided by your mobile operator, that you have provided the wrong PIN (usually operators set it at 3 tries), then you came to the stage called PUK-blocked. You will not lose your contact.

To unlock, you would need the PUK code of the SIM card. The PUK code is usually an 8-digit code. This PUK code should have been provided to you when you purchased your SIM card. Some has the PIN-PUK code printed in the card body of the SIM card, while some attach it as a separate print out. Should your operator failed to provide this PIN-PUK code to you, you would have to get it from your operator. Try calling their customer service. Just like the PIN, the operator as well could say how much tries do you have to successfully unblock the PUK of your SIM .
