Fusing high temperature abnormality.TH1 thermistor detects a low temperature when a specified period of time elapses after the fusing heater lamp is turned ON for the fusing ON control.If the fusing unit is OK try to reset: Turn off the copier.Press and keep pressed the Utility key and turn ON the copier.Keep pressed the Utility key when will Trouble reset displayed on screen.Release the Utility key,reset the error turn OFF the copier,wait 1 minute and turnON.

you must execute touchpanel adjustment.In the right side on copier in neighborough to USB connector located one plastic door.Pull out the plastic and press a little microswitch.After press the switch wait to appaire a * symbol and press 3.In the blue yield introduction 00000000 and press END.On the touchscreen appaire screen adjustment.

There are two clips on the fax PCB, make sure you are using the Line and not the handset. Also, do you have the fax card installed and did it ever receive faxes? It may be a issue with the phone line.... Good Luck

First thing, you need the driver(you can download it). Copy the ip address of your copier match with the ip address of your computer.

Remove the imaging unit from the copier. Unscrew the sides. Remove the old drum. Replace with the new one. Clean the blade and everything of imaging unit including the waste or recycle part.

Open and remove the paper tray. Clean the paper sensor inside with a clean cloth. Return the paper tray.

What password you need to reset? admin password or user password?

You must be enetr in the simulation mode.

Check the i/u unit and clean the opc blade,and transfer roller and clean the polygon scanner glass located after the i/u unit.

The error code C5102 is a fixing unit error code.

This error code means the fuser rollers failed to heat up you can reset the code by turning the machine off and hold down the utility\counter key while you turn the machine onwhen the trouble reset button shows on the touchscreen touch it and when it says ok turn the machine off then back on if the machine gives this erro again you will have to have the fuser replaced

c2557 need to complete the calibration for the developer or may be your drum is defective

Fuser Warm Up Failure.This means you either have a fuser unit failure or possibly had a voltage surge. Also sometimes if the machine is turned on in a cold environment this code can pop up. Try resetting ONCE only by turning the machine off, then holding down the utility/counter button while turning the power back on. Continue to hold the button down until you see "Trouble Reset" then touch OK. Turn power off then on again. If the code comes back on after a bit then you will need the machine serviced.Good Luck.
