This problem might due to memory low. try to delete unused file or data so you can have a free space on your phone memory and with this all programs will run smoothly.

or reset you phone by going to settings > master reset and reset all.if ask for the code, the default will be 0000 or enter your own code if change it before.

Follow the below mentioned steps :

For many phone models

1. With your previous phone, select Contacts

2. Select Options -> copy all to sim or (mark all files then copy to sim)
3. Select Options -> Copy to SIM direct.or( merge the numbers)

4. select ok then wait till the transfer is complete

Once the contacts have been copied, remove the SIM card from your previous phone, insert it into your new phone, and copy the contacts to your new phone's memory:

6. Select Options -> copy from sim to phone

7. Select Options -> mark contacts for this press all

8. Select Options -> Copy to Contacts

Go to the setting and select the connection and select network ; The two mode is there dule mode or umts, select which one u want, and save

if the contacts were saved in sim then u can just copy back to the phone always have copied your contacts to the sim if some accident happens then ur safe becouse u can copy back the contacts if no then there is no other option to ask your friends on giving contacts again
