Photoshop file info data cannot be read. How to fix it?
hi,
when you have your document opened, look every layer to find little yellow triangle(s), witch means that there is a problem with this(those) layer(s), it can be (more often) the text layers that have fonts that you don't have installed, or a reference file that has been moved from original path.
hope you'll solve that !
cheers

PS CS6 How to drag a layer into another PSD file at-size?
>Open "My Computer" from your desktop. Double-click your hard drive.
>Open "Documents and Settings."
>Open the folder labeled with your user name.
>Open "Local Settings" followed by "Temp."
>Scroll down to the files beginning with "Photoshop" ("PS" for older Photoshop CS builds). This will be followed by a series of letters and numbers.
>Double-click each "Photoshop" ("PS") temp file to open them in Photoshop CS. This is the only way to identify which temp file contains the project you wish to recover. Luckily, because when Photoshop shuts properly it deletes its temp files, there should be no more than three or four.
>Select "Save As" from the "File" menu when you find the temp file you want. This will make the file permanent.

What is the purpose of photoshop
Well, it is a way to modify all the different aspects of a digital photo file. Basically, it can improve the look of pictures a great deal. At a more advanced level, you can remove or add things to photos, replace or remove backgrounds, or create artistic paintings and collages. If you want to simply improve regular photos, Picasa freeware is much easier and more satisfying.
Error no 115 referred to online help
I'm guessing from the issue that you are running 32bit Windows XP or Vista. If so, this is an issue with the Adobe installer seeing evidence of a previous Photoshop installation (perhaps aborted or failed) and being unable to overwrite or rewrite data. You might also want to check to ensure that you actually have enough hard drive space to perform the install.
Many people have reported that using "CCleaner" helped to resolve the issue. I will include a link below. I have not used this program so I can't verify or endorse it, but it may be worth a try for you.
As always, set a restore point or backup crucial data before making any major changes. Good luck!

115 error in adob photoshop
There are lots of post on the net about this error, most seem the be caused by a bad CD. But perhaps you even try to google and read some of the posts about cause and solutions.
You uses to get a new CD from Adobe, but that was some years ago.
Reinstalling only works if you uninstall correct and remove everything from the hard drive and from the registry.
Photoshop 10 picture will not open in window
later versions of photoshop documents won't open on previous versions your best bet would be to try to open the document in a different program acrobat might be the best pictureviewer would be good as well. Later oem versions are available for purchase though if money is tight many colleges with open lab hours with later versions of photoshop might be available for you to open it just don't take a computer while a student is waiting they will get on your case.

Photoshop CS5 - NIK Collection CRASHED Photoshop- SOLUTiON?
Yeah, you are right: this is just "another DUMB site".
It is nice you finally figured out how to post here, so much for dumb site instructions, eh?
Try rebooting. Make the task you are attempting the first thing you do after a re-boot.
If that doesn't work, think about purchasing a PC and run Windows 7 or 8.
(oh, you can now officially quit telling your friends how much better the Mac operating system is over Windows now. I am sure they are tired of hearing it, anyway)
Phhhhhhhft.
How do I change the aspect ratio of a graphic in photoshop 7?
Changing the dimension is very easy, but while doing so the image might get stretched unevenly, so always work wit a duplicate.
First, go to Image->Duplicate, and type a new file name.
Then Image->Image size and unchek the option constrain proportion then change the pixels as u need in the Pixel Dimensions. Folow the image... (Just change first two boxes for width & height & dont worry abt other things, it changes automatically)
