I think you buy a new battery. And charge only for 2 to 3 hours until complete. Then remember charge only when your battery is nearly to finish or left half battery.

if might be virus or hardware problem. if it is virus scan it by a known anti virus. Or if hardware problem then go to nearest nokia center. still uoyr phone is under warranty then replaced it
