The problem with your Phone is related to The Flex Cable.

connect your phone to your pc via usb (you can use bluetooth but it will take much longer). open file explorer. your phone (memory card) will be the last listed 'removable disk'. locate and open the folder where your pictures are. copy them. open the folder on your pc where you want them to go. paste.

There are 2 ways of doing this: menu>phonebook>contact list>click on a name>select(click on ok)>options>copy>ok>simok>save You need to do this for each contact. OR you can do this via blouetooth to a pc-not sure about mac: contact list>options>send via>ok>select>all bluetooth>all phone contacts>selectclick on the device linked by bluetooth-it could be a pc or another phone.My phone is samsung and is similare but not the same model so there may be differences but the above should basically guide you to the right areas on your phone.

Your phone is now blocked, you need to call your service provider and ask for the PUK code.

Please contact your wireless carrier, tell them that your sim card is blocked or the phone says PUK blocked. They will give you some numbers to unblock it.
This normally happens if PIN code has been entered 3 times incorrectly or another wireless carrier sim card was inserted into the phone when the phone is not an unlock phone.

You need to call your service provider for this code. We don't have access to it as the code is different with every phone model and phone company. Sorry about the inconvenience, I hope i've helped you!

May not be a solution to this problem in particular but get on ebay and find a new flex cable for like 6 dollars. The flex cables in slider phones break down or come loose easily. Usually this causes your screen to turn white. In your case the buttons have stopped working. It may be another problem altogether. So try replacing it, its cheaper than buying a new phone or taking it to a shop. Hope it helps!

Here's a solution I would consider;

I have never done this so don't get angry at me if this doesn't work... But i would suggest taking the phone apart and cleaning it... Be careful, if you use soap or other cleaners it could damage the phone, especially if you get the green cards wet.

I had the same problem a few weeks back and heres the solution;

1) Get Samsung pc studio 3..... (look in google)
2) Open up the program...
3) Click Multimedia manager...
4) Import the songs you want by drag and drop...
5) Right-click on the song you would like to use as your ringtone and click ''edit and repair button''...
6) from here you can edit parts of the song in many ways... keep in mind that the song cannot last very long (around 500kb max)
7) connect your phone to your pc via usb and click on the ''to phone'' button on the bottom right of the window...
8) Enjoy

you need to take the phone and have the flexcable replaced.

1. On your phone, dial *#61# and click Send.
2. Some information should be displayed: number that the calls are being forwarded to and the delay before the forwarding engages.
3. Write down the number (including +1)
4. Dial **61*+1xxxyyyzzzz*11*30# and hit Send. +1xxxyyyzzzz is the number you wrote down previously, 30 is the delay in seconds. The delay can be set in 5 second increments, 30 is maximum
5. Dial *#61# to verify that the new settings are active.
