Four digit codes are:

You haven't given any details of the device to which the setup codes you want to synhronise with. I hereby attached three digit and four digit universal remote codes for RCA.

Try 1020 for an Insignia TV. Most RCA universal remote codes can be found at http://www.rcaaudiovideo.com/remotecodefinder/ . Use the drop-down menus to select your remote and then the type of device that you want to have the remote control.

Please note that the codes in an universal remote control are usually limited to those for devices released 6 months or more before the remote was programmed. If your TV is newer than your remote, you may need a newer remote.

Direct Code Entry:

1. Find the code your device.
2. Press and hold "CODE SEARCH".
3. Press and release the TV, VCR or Cable button. If programming an AUX position, press and release AUX first and then press the device type to be programmed.
4. Enter the 3-digit code number.
5. Release "CODE SEARCH".
6. With the device on, press another button to test. If it does not work, repeat steps 1 thorugh 5.

Code Search:

1. Turn on the device you wish to control.
2. Press and hold "CODE SEARCH".
3. Press and release the TV, VCR or Cable button. If programming an AUX position, press and release AUX first and then press the device type to be programmed.

You dont have codes for cinevision DVD player.So it cannot be programmed with Codes.

You can try programming withot code

dose it have a select button maybe thats it

try opening it up and cleaning it with dwd 40 spray make sure its dry before you put it back together if that doesn't work you will need a replacement some good deals on remotes on ebay if you need to replace it
