Not possible. Most laptops have onboard graphics cards.

This could be a simple failure of your video card. However, I had this happen and found out it was a heat sink that had come loose from my motherboard. (Heat sinks are the aluminum blocks, with fins, on top of CPUs on your motherboard, or on advanced graphic cards.)

It may be a faulty card or may just need setting up for your monitor. Try at least another monitor to see if it's the same. I can't gauge how far out it is without seeing it. Make sure your video settings for colour temperature match your monitor, if you monitor is set to a lower temp than the output of your card it will look yellowish.

some graphic cards are made for speed, they have their own rams, processor's and fan's, also as time goes by, ya have to update your driver's, try updating them, also, most computer come with 4 gig's of ram, this also helps the speed of your computer, random access memory, is temporary, not store memory , try adding more ram's
