If android device The only possible solution is to perform a Hard Reset. You will need to do the following: NOTE: This will delete all apps and data

• turn off device

• press and hold the following:

power button volume button (up/down or both) home button (if any) or look for a reset hole or button

• release buttons when you see the logo

• choose recovery mode (some will already be in the recovery mode menu)

• choose wipe data/Factory Reset

• choose yes--delete user data
• device will reboot or will ask you to reboot.

Take it back in to where you bought it. They set it up in demo mode so they should be able to tell you how to turn it off. You can also go to the manufactuer's website and get the number for tech support and they will help you. They want a satisfied customer. Also if the tablet has phone capability like ATT or Verizon they can help get it out of demo mode.

Any and all should be just fine. You may have to format the drive but should be good from there.

you might need a different charger, one with a higher voltage... try plugging to your pc if it still doesn't work i would get a new cord and finally if that doesnt work its the tablet itself and u could take apart and resolder the connection to where the cord plugs in at

battery has a memory lock from charging too often without being run down you can fix it some times by completely flattening the battery or getting a new battery re-chargeable batteries should be run to almost flat before recharging or this fault happens

While holding the Volume up button, press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds then release it. Continue holding the Volume up button. Once the tablet screen turns on, stop holding the buttons. On the Android system recovery <3e> screen, select wipe data/factory reset. Use the Volume up and Volume down keys to navigate through the menus and use the Power button to select the desired option. When prompted to "Confirm wipe of all user data", select Yes -- delete all user data. Select reboot system now.

Try "force stop" in the settings/apps or delete and re-download the app
