You didn't say what you've connected the USB to. Connect the phone to your PC or laptop via the USB. Depending on which photo program/gallery you are using, it may already be set to automatically collect/draw the photos from the phone. You might need the phone to be powered on, of course. your samsong phone can not display any type &size of movies that may other phones can display! u must first see the resolution & type of them.in this model i think movie formats must be 3gp & mp4.& pictures must be less than 768*1024resolution.please say to me what happen with every photos,is it show others?for examplesur camera photos or movies...

follow this path :
install all programs
Load Softick PPP gate and click cancel on the missing USB file prompt as it is not relevant for this activity.
Type in from the standby screen of your phone; *#52828378# and select OTA type setting as Serial OTA bearer.
From there, go down to Serial test and choose PPP up
From the computer, go to usb and double click on the serial port.
Back on your phone,select usb,you will be loading your files with a usb connection.You will have returned to the serial test menu if all has been done right.On the computer, load Samsung XXXX uploader and load a .jar file .On your phone, you now need to push Serial Download.If your phone has not crashed, you should see a dartboard, the java logo and a small progress bar.The game will automatically start downloading.When the game has been downloaded, it will start automatically.Make sure you turn off PPP from Softic as the phone is restarting. Once the phone has restated, activate PPP again and press Yes on prompts to serial connect and try again.If it keeps crashing, try re-reading the instructions. Sorry to tell you . I have told many customers this for many years once your PUK code is blocked you must purchase a new SIM card from your service provider.

PLEASE BACK UP YOUR FILES BEFORE UNLOCKING
This will also bring the phone to default settings
1. First do a CUSTOM reset: *2767*2878#
turn off the phone
2. take out the battery and sim and put wrong network SIM and insert only a half of it,
Very important so it won't ask for network password and shows "Insert SIM" message.(possibly in a different language)
Now put the battery ,and switch the phone on .(phone shows "Insert SIM" message.)
3.push the sim fully in at this stage the phone is still asking to "Insert SIM"
4. Make a FULL reset: *2767*3855#
5. The phone should reboot working with "wrong" sim inside.
6. Make a Change the NCK password to 8 zeros by typing: *7465625*638*00000000*00000000#
7. Now Disable network lock By typing: #7465625*638*00000000#
Phone is unlocked
